Fast plans

I would like to see ways to get hosting in the same day and have it approved.
This could be called Fast Plan Hosting, like paid but set up for less than $3.

I found it takes sometimes up to 5 days for an approval.
In this time I received no email from admin or staff team.
In the fast plan you could have it auto set up in 2 hours.

I would consider this but currently we have many people using false info and when they pay we do not get to check that the info is correct. which as you might guess can cause many issues.

but how could you know that these are true info? and what are the procedures for approving a request?

We check all address's and make sure that the city, state matches. We also check that the phone number matches the city and that its valid. Also the ipanel checks that the email address is valid. Also we suspend clients that put names that are outragous and scream fake. I mean if you put first name: "Apple" and last name: "Bottom" We get the idea its fake. I mean tell me if i'm wrong but I doubt any person's name is "Apple Bottom" haha

The procedures are reasonable. but there is one point goes in my mind; i am an arabic guy, so i have an arabic everything, even if i written it in English, but it still arabic... and i am sure the you don't know the most of the cities in in my country for example.... or you don't know all the arabic names! because we have some names that are much strange to believe that they are real names.

Or, let me forget about this... you have said that it can be done automatically by the IPanel system... so why to make it hard on you and check manually.... and if you check every phone number for example, how you could know that the number is in use, or even it is for the same guy registering?? when i've registered it took me about 4-5 days to get approved after a failure at first... but because i am used on this system i was not disappointed by that.

believe me ... to make your customers happy, make it easy on them, because not all of us are spammers or hackers or anything like that.
we came to you because we needed somebody to help us bring our creations alive... and we all are thankful for your kind treatment and fast support, in addition to the servers' stability that made me very happy to be a Host2x member.

Ipanel was not built to check everything. Email is easy to check because its a server talking to another server. location information would be it checking information which will need to be up to date. we use international information databases. we understand names may be foreign to us and are loose on names. addresses and phone numbers are easy to confirm.

Would it not be easier to create a new System Check, You employ A said amount of people to just check this all the time?

& yes abualkam1982 is right about the names, Take my name for example "Linton"
I don't think they are many with that name in the UK.

Not just that but cant you just check IP(S) DSN(S) And alot more.
You could make it simple.

Or even have Fast Plans for people using PayPal, Payment that day.

The sign up process can be lengthy due to the sheer number of invalid sign ups we have to sort through. I can see the allure to an automated process, but I can see that system being circumvented pretty easily. The manual process may not be great, but I don't really see how an automated process would be that much better.

And as being a free host, I would think most people would not want to sign up using paypal.

Hmm year understandable but what about the people who have already signed up and order new packs?
I'm still waiting for mine and I know staff have been on (You).

So why so long on people ordering new packs?

You do have to keep in mind that the staff here are not paid and therefore this is not a full time job. You can always post a support ticket or post a concern in the forum (like you just did ) I'll take a look at your request now.
