I think the Host2X team should be more active in the use of the twitter account so that when Host2X goes completely down, we can go there and see what's up.

we had maintenance going on.

We are aware that we HAVE but when Ben had said that we had none. also overall we are still 99% uptime.

Well, except for DNS issues after the server upgrade, and DNS issues with various accounts.

Hey at least everything is all good now. However the twitter account. I feel that would be perfect for tweets or feeds to come into there to let us know what is going on incase there is ever a downtime.

There will be new tweets up when there is a downtime. Not all staff members are online during a downtime so tweets can't be posted after every downtime but we will try to post some up as soon as we can.
