Help Desk - The fastest way to get assistance is to open a ticket in our help desk. Here we provide priority support and as we add more staff to our team, you will see an increase in response times.

Forums - If you have a basic question or issue, you can always post your problem in the forum. The forums are viewable by non-staff members also so please do not include private information about yourself or your site. The benefit to this though is that non-staff members might be able to assist you with basic support which might provide a faster resolution to your problem if a staff member is not available. You can also search the forums incase your question has already been asked by another member.
